Laptops On Campus

Each computer on campus and its corresponding network port need to be documented, and forwarded to OIT. If you are planning to use a laptop on campus, please complete this form. This information will be processed to grant you network access on campus. Note that randomly connecting your laptops without first reporting the information to us will result in ports being “turned off”; i.e., you would then not be able to access the network.

If you do not know the IP and MAC addresses of your laptop, please bring your computer to Chang or me; we will then verify these addresses.
