Project Goal

   The goal of this research is to design a spiking neural simulator (SNN) based on Integrate-and-Fire (I&F) neuron and targeted the weight and delay factors of the synapses. Changing the structure of the connections between the layers and the values of the parameters of the elements of the network gives us ground to compare the results of simulations with those of medical researchers.
